Noah leaned his weight into me as I sat in front of him trying to dress him for the day. He has taken to doing this lately, he thinks it's funny that I have to prop him up. This day, however, was a little different. As he leaned into me, he wrapped his little arms around my neck and squeezed saying, "I love you mommy, I love you. You..you are MY momma." This, coming from my typically non-affectionate son who so clearly takes after his mother in this respect, caused me to be suddenly overwhelmed by how incredibly blessed I was. Blessed to have the love and be the mommy of this beautiful little boy. Thank you Lord, enough said.

That is SO sweet! I love when Josiah uses "my" before mommy or daddy too...that possessiveness is so precious and sweet....you ARE blessed with two sweet and beautiful little boys!
Look Amy....we're SO excited to see a new post we're going to bombard you with comments!!!
J/K...
you enjoy this time with your little ones...they'll sprout up and pat you on the top of the head one day...and you'll be missing those propped up hugs and loving comments. You are obviously the Perfect momma for those boys!
I love that story!!! What a sweet moment with your little man!! Our God is so wonderful to give us such precious gifts!!!
moments like this literally get me through some of my days.
loved it. <3
Oh my goodness, my friend. This brought tears to my eyes! How tender these moments are. I know that you are blessed to have Noah as a son, but he is also infinitely blessed to have you as his Momma.
